Payment of Bookings
Christmas and Easter : 1st night accommodation paid on booking. Remainder paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Other Periods: 1st night accommodation paid on booking. Remainder paid on arrival. Extra guests must be paid for on arrival.
Deposit payment on booking can be by cash, EFTPOS, Credit card (No Amex) or bank transfer. Cheques are only accepted for deposits and full payments – 1 month prior to arrival date.
Low season Weekly Package – 7th night free. (Not available to singles staying on Powered or Tent sites)
Check in Time
Check in time for Onsite Accommodation is 2.00pm. For Powered and Unpowered Sites – 12 Noon.
Check out time is on or before 10.00am.
Minimum Booking Period
During the Year Minimum booking Periods apply as follows;
Villas and Cabins Low Season 2 night minimum
Peak Season 5 night minimum
Powered Sites Peak Season 3 night minimum
Unpowered Sites Peak Season 3 night minimum
Terms and Conditions
All guests must be paid for on arrival.
The guests name on the receipt is responsible for all persons visiting or staying in/on cabins or site, and that they adhere to the Park Rules.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Damages, breakages or theft are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Excessive noise after 10.00 pm is not acceptable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
No refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival.
When 28 days notice is given, the deposit can be refunded one of two ways:
-Refunds are paid by cheque minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
OR
-Customer given a credit towards a future booking. The date must be within 12 months of the original arrival date, depending on availability and is subject to any price rise for that period.
Changes can only be done once: if cancellation occurs again the payment will be forfeited.
Additional Terms
There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason, including weather
A cancellation fee will apply to any bookings made and cancelled. No exceptions.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked villa/Cabin/site number prior to, or on arrival.
